Scanning Around With Gene: There's Nothing Like a New Coat of Paint
Not that people don’t still use bold and dramatic colors—they often do. But they don’t tend to use so many in one room, and the contrast between colors seems much different today.



In the great cycle of things most design periods tend to repeat themselves at some point. I hope it isn’t too long before some of these color schemes come back in vogue. I still love a pink toilet and pea-soup-green carpeting.
