Today RogueSheep Incorporated announced an update to their automation tool for publishing professionals, InEventScript.
InEventScript, a plug-in for the Adobe InDesign platform, allows users to attach any script capable of running in InDesign to nearly
any user event. InEventScript allows easy customization and automation of numerous workflows and tasks in InDesign and InCopy.
The 1.0.3 update of InEventScript contains several frequently requested fixes and upgrades. Some of the improvements include: all methods of opening a document will properly invoke the attached script, scripts attached after placing content or dialog boxes now run at the proper time, and attached scripts can be run manually from the panel.
Availability and Pricing
InEventScript 1.0.3 is available for immediate download at https://www.roguesheep.com/ineventpage/index.html. InEventScript requires Adobe InDesign CS/CS2 or Adobe InCopy CS/CS2 and is available for both MacOS X and Windows. The 1.0.3 version is a free upgrade for existing users. A single-user license is available at the price of $120 US, with volume discounts available. A demo version of the plug-in is available for evaluation, and time expiring licenses can be requested from RogueSheep’s website.
