Marty, the TOC works in other readers, just not the Nook? When you say it shows the names of the .xhtml files, do you mean that is what is what is displayed in the Nook interface? You don’t have any weird symbols or characters in there, do you?

If you want to copy/paste part of your toc.ncx file here, I’ll see if I can see anything wrong.
