Matjaz, you have to think like a computer to figure out grep. And computers are not very smart. :)
There is no way one GREP could find all of these:
Munich/München
Rome/Roma
Danemark/Denmark/Danska

You can find all series of words that are separated by a slash. But it would also find “if/then”
