Here’s the first thing I noticed–it appears the two heads are the same–but the hard return on “POSSIBLE CAUSES” seems to be a smaller point size than the hard return for “APPEARANCE.” I wonder if it’s a different point size and leading. If that return is a different leading and applies to the entire line–then that could be the problem.
