Update:
The list populates, but only with the 1st saved query, although there are over 50 saved queries there. Also, even though the list populates, you cannot visually see it on the manager until you right click the blank list or print the list.

I would think that if it populated one query, it would populate the other queries saved in the local folder. So at least it is looking in the right location.
