Set up your document with the specified dimensions. Draw guides on the pasteboard 5mm outside each edge and ensure that any images or coloured areas that need to be cropped extend, at least, to these boundaries. The crop marks for the printer are created in the print [or PDF export] settings. Check ‘Crop Marks’ You don’t need any ‘offset’ but you can specify it to give a larger blank area outside the artwork, if you wish. and set the ‘bleed’ as 5mm top, bottom, left and right.
