Send it to me and I will try to figure it out. I have done a lot of these and it shouldn’t be a problem. I will try my best. You can send it using wetransfer.com if the file is too large for your email. My email address is pfriesler@wi.rr.com. I can run it through my epub pack. I have a pc and a mac because I format so many books.
