Hi Linda, I’m not quite sure what you want to do (despite helpfully providing the screen shot), but to change the height of a row, you just select it and enter an absolute height measure in the Table panel or control panel next to row height. The default is “At Least” meaning they’ll autogrow, but it you enter a measure, the row snaps to that height, letting you get some air around the text. The other rows remain their current height.

Is that what you’re asking?
