Hmm. Do you mean a no break little blue arrow between two words? Surely I would see those (I definitely have Show Hidden Characters turned on). Or do you mean something else? I’ve also had a look at various paragraphs this is affecting in Story Editor and there’s nothing there.

Here’s another example of it where there are no footnotes or tables or anything to confuse the matter – just an orphan which INDesign is forcing to the right hand page. You can see I’ve even extended the text frame on the left to try to force those few words back, but nothing doing. This is so frustrating!
