Samba, I tried to recreate your PSD and InDesign files, and the RGB stayed the same, Export PDF with Output->Color->No Color Conversion

How it looks on your screen may be due to Overprint Preview (which looks more like CMYK).

What is your final output? If it’s being printed, you should work in CMYK, as RGB colors (especially that blue) cannot be produced with toner or ink.
