Thanks for responding. I wouldn’t be able to open the CC 2014 file in an earlier version. And unfortunately due to a nondisclosure agreement I can’t post the InDesign file. I don’t know if it means anything, but I exported the ePub to .mobi using Kindlegen and there were no extra pages at the end.
