Hi,

I think It is best to create a new swatch Gray 20 and use that for consistency and accuracy. This ensures the color won’t default to [Black] 100% during printing and helps keep your template organized. Using predefined swatches avoids confusion and potential errors making your workflow cleaner and more reliable.
