Reply To: 2 master pages on the same spread are conflicting (???)

Okay seems to work now. So, let me start over…

I have a parent master with bleeding tabs, each in individual boxes: https://www.emyamstein.ch/media/forums/cp_basetabs.png

Then, I have one child master per tab. Here is child master for tab 2: https://www.emyamstein.ch/media/forums/cp_master_2.png

Here is child master for tab 3: https://www.emyamstein.ch/media/forums/cp_master_3.png

In the layout, if the right page has a master applied on the right page, applying the same master on the left page makes the color block disappear on the left page: https://www.emyamstein.ch/media/forums/cp_conflict.png

Only when both pages of the spread have the same master is everything as it should: https://www.emyamstein.ch/media/forums/cp_same_ok.png

What’s going on?
