Indesign requires you to add pathes to the csv.

Instead of

Myimage.jpg

Its

Path:to:Myimage.jpg

If you’re on Mac you may try MyDataMerge (https://mydatamerge.com). You can directly use excel and you don’t need pathes to the images in the excel.
