You need the AppleScript equivalent of this JavaScript line:

app.scriptPreferences.userInteractionLevel = UserInteractionLevels.NEVER_INTERACT;

Afterwards you have to re-enable alerts (which includes all InDesign’s panels and dialogs):

app.scriptPreferences.userInteractionLevel = UserInteractionLevels.INTERACT_WITH_ALL;
