Hi Chris,
I am facing this same situation and looking for solutions. I’ve looked at many options including some of Peter’s wonderful scripts. But I’ve now come back to this as the most likely solution given I am working with a multi-file InDesign Book. Any wisdom to share after the fact? If you even remember the project 2 years later.
