Recosoft ships ID2Office v2.1 – Convert InDesign files to Word, PowerPoint & Keynote

 

ID2Office v2.1 has been enhanced to support Adobe InDesign CC 2015, the latest release of InDesign for both the Mac and Windows platforms. Additionally, ID2Office v2.1 adds support for InDesign CC 2015 properties such as Paragraph shadings andGraphic cells in tables. ID2Office v2.1 now also replicates tables that span across columns and pages accurately when converting InDesign files to the Word, PowerPoint and Keynote formats.

 

 

ID2Office converts the text, associated fonts and styles, paragraph structure, corresponding property information, frames linking information, tables, graphics and other InDesign object and document properties to the matching Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Apple Keynote object and file properties; converting every page into an equivalent page in the resulting Word, PowerPoint or Keynote file. ID2Office eliminates the need of recreating thecontents of an InDesign file in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint or Apple Keynote resulting in enhanced workflow automation.

 

 

ID2Office has been enhanced to operate and function with InDesign CC 2015

 

• Tables spanning across pages/columns

Tables that span across pages and columns are now properly replicated in the resulting Word, PowerPoint and Keynote format so that a WYSIWIG representation of the table is preserved.

 

• Paragraph shading (InDesign CC 2015 only)

InDesign CC 2015 paragraph shading property is recognized and applied when converting to Word format.

 

• Images in Table Cells (InDesign CC 2015 only)

Support has been added for InDesign CC 2015 Images in Table cells.
