Ardfry Imaging, LLC, has released PNGOUTWin 1.0, a PNG image optimizer for Windows PCs. By optimizing your PNG images, you can reduce bandwidth costs, shorten download times, and speed up your website.
PNGOUTWin supports conversion and optimization from BMP, GIF, and PNG, plus other common image types. Compress a file or files, or compress all of the images in a directory and its subdirectories with easy to use dialogs. PNGOUTWin improves on both performance and compression over the popular PNGOUT command line utility. You can generate easily multiple trials of settings and possibly achieve even higher compression.
