On The Road With Streamtime and iPhone
Streamtime has launched an innovative new application for iPhone, enabling remote access to its award-winning total studio management system.
Designed for the creative industry, Streamtime seamlessly integrates business management systems, dramatically increasing workflow and productivity.
Available to clients joining Pipeline, Streamtime’s annual VIP maintenance programme, the iPhone application allows staff working remotely to access mission-critical information instantly, in real time, wherever they happen to be in the world. Vital actions users can carry out while on-the-go include:
* Searching contacts by name or company, then dialing or emailing direct
* Accessing comprehensive client data, including websites and correspondence
* Searching current quotes and estimates, including breakdowns of quotes
* Searching sales leads
* Viewing ‘sales to date’ and ‘work in progress’ jobs
* Linking to Google maps, for those last-minute directions.
Streamtime Head Designer Tim Kelleher said:
‘Streamtime’s clean design and easy-to-use interface lends itself perfectly to the iPhone. There’s a natural synergy between the two.
‘The beauty of the iPhone application is that it puts Streamtime’s total studio management system in your back pocket. Brilliant if you’re about to head into an important client meeting and need an up-to-the-minute update on how that crucial project is coming along in the studio – or if the client’s first name has momentarily slipped your mind. It’s a very cool tool.’
Streamtime Managing Director Aaron Green said:
‘We love Apple and iPhone has created a great opportunity to make Streamtime truly portable, opening up even more daylight between us and our competitors. As we build on our incredible success in Australasia and continue to expand in the US and Canada, this is yet another reason to choose Streamtime.’
A series of Streamtime seminars is now being held in London. The next seminar, at Apple Store, Regent Street, is on 2 July.
