Oki Data Americas, which markets its products under the OKI® Printing Solutions brand, today announced the B2500 Series multifunction products (MFPs) for all-in-one document management in a compact device. The new products are optimal for small workgroup environments, and help solidify the company’s position as one of only two printer manufacturers with a full line of products[i], designed to provide increased functionality, performance and value for all business requirements.

The B2500 Series MFP provides flexible document handling through monochrome printing, copying and fax functionality with color scanning capabilities. The B2500 Series MFP from OKI Printing Solutions offers advanced features in a compact design, including:
- Color and monochrome scanning capability that improves performance and enhances professional appearance in electronic documents
- Scan-to and print-from USB thumb drive, which allows users to share documents directly without the use of a computer
- Optional wireless connectivity that increases productivity and efficiency in shared workgroup environments
- Full fax functionality (B2520 and B2540), which enables users to quickly and easily send and receive documents
- Full QWERTY keyboard (B2520 and B2540) that allows for easy and convenient input of file names and recipient destinations
- Scan-to-email/network (B2540), which enables users to quickly and conveniently send electronic documents to recipients bypassing the need for a computer

The B2500 Series MFPs’ estimated street price will start at $249, and will be available in April in North and South America exclusively through OKI Printing Solutions authorized solution providers.
