MagPlus Announces Winners of Magnify Your World Contest
Mag+, producers of one of the leading solutions for tablet publishing have announced the category winners of their Magnify Your World Contest. Awards were handed out to the best apps made with Mag+ in six categories: books, brochures & catalogs, comic books, editorial (magazines, newspapers), music & movies, and self-promotion.
The winner in the Editorial category was RedEye for iPad.

The RedEye is a free tabloid produced by the Chicago Tribune, offering news, sports, pop culture, and entertainment to commuters in the Chicago area. The app version of RedEye is published five times per week and includes all the content of the print version, plus bonus content, videos, and social media interactivity.

A single Grand Prize winner will be selected from the category winners and announced on July 5th. On the Mag+ blog, you can watch video demos of all the category winners, and read about apps that won honorable mentions, and the People’s Choice award winner as well.
