The new magicolor 5440 DL uses KONICA MINOLTA’s single-pass imaging technology to produce 2400 x 600 dpi color and black-&-white prints at an amazing 27 pages per minute-over 20% faster than other products in this class at a price that’s up to 27% less! A true office workhorse, the magicolor 5440 DL has been designed to give users the ultimate in printing productivity. It combines high-speed output, toner cartridges that yield up to 12,000 prints per unit, an optional automatic duplexer, and a maximum paper capacity of 1,600 pages-enabling users to quickly and easily print large volumes of material. It supports up to 110 lb. index paper, in sizes from 3.6" x 5.8" to 8.5" x 14" (legal). In addition, the magicolor 5440 DL offers camera direct photo printing capability with an optional photo printing card. This feature enables the user to print photographs directly from PictBridge-compliant digital cameras, with no PC required. The card supports many camera functions including auto scale to page size; 2-up, 4-up, 8-up printing; index printing; and batch printing. Users can also monitor the printer status through the camera user interface.
