Jamille Released at TypeCulture
TypeCulture announces the inclusion of the Jamille typeface family into its collection of OpenType fonts. Jamille is just the right design for anyone who enjoys using classic “Didone” types, but is looking for something different from the traditional Bodoni or Didot. Designed by Mark Jamra and first released through ITC in 1988, Jamille is a workhorse typeface, applicable in both display and text settings, that is not only refreshingly different but also suitable for tasks that require a classical look. For its release at TypeCulture, the original Jamille type family has been improved, greatly expanded into large character sets and loaded with OpenType features. Lively italic swash caps have also been created exclusively for TypeCulture. The result is the most advanced, versatile and extensive version of Jamille on the market.
