InDesign1200 Brings Shortcuts to Life
Casey D'Andrea has launched a new Web site to show off his keyboard shortcuts PDF
You know we love keyboard shortcuts. We have a keyboard shortcut poster for sale, we worked with DTP Tools to make a free Keyboard Shortcuts plug-in. But there’s someone who loves them even more than us: Casey D’Andrea. He has developed a free interactive PDF that shows every keyboard shortcut (KBSC) possible in the program… and there are over 1,200 of them! It’s awesome, and you need to download it.
In order to distribute this PDF and to get the word out about InDesign hyper-efficiency, Casey just launched a new Web site called InDesign1200.com. It’s still a bit rough, but he says he’ll be improving it over time, adding more efficiency-oriented InDesign tricks and so on.
We finally met Casey in person up in Toronto and he’s terrific and has some great ideas. Thanks for all your great work, Casey! Eh?*
(*As an American, keep thinking that I’ll be able to master the Canadian “eh?”, but unfortunately I live a couple hundred miles too far south and I just can’t get it right. Eh? Take off. Eh? Sigh.)
