Stock Photos
Rather than post links to holiday-inspired stock photography on various Web sites, I thought I’d celebrate free holiday stock photography with a new tradition. I went through the photo library of one of my favorite free stock photo sites (Stock.XCHNG) and built a lightbox to share. It includes 60 photos (the maximum the site will allow) that run the gamut from Hanukah candles to Christmas trees, abstract winter backgrounds to roaring fires, ornaments and bows to angels and beyond. All of the images in the lightbox are free to use, according their individual licenses, but you will need to gift yourself first with a free Stock.XCHNG account before you can pluck these particular sugar plums.

Would love to see some free web templates for MS Expression Web and Dreamweaver CS4.

These certainly are great holiday fonts. I’m sure this would be a big help to the new holiday website that I’m crafting right now. It’s a good thing you have provided these kinds of craft in the site. Even Trista Joy Lathern will apreciate these fonts.

Please throw the holiday freebies out to us sooner. I work in the magazine publishing industry (at least what is left of it) and I finished all the holiday mags weeks ago.

Is there a great on-line editor we can use to create and maintain websites normally created and edited with GoLive? Needs to respect code, javascript, tables, edit css, and write relative links, be able to download the site for backup, etc. I haven’t been able to find one.

Great Holiday Fonts! In an environment that is full of similar looking sites, a custom and original look can be something that can make your site stand out from the crowd.
