Sunday began her career as a graphic designer, supporting Fortune 500 client engagements through the development of websites, brochures, presentations, and other strategic communications. She joined Segal in 1992 and later transitioned into the Marketing department following the acquisition of Sibson in 2001, where she expanded her focus from execution to enterprise-level brand leadership. Today, she serves as the chief design architect behind Segal’s brand activation, ensuring creative concepts are translated into practical, scalable applications across thought leadership, sales collateral, video, social media, and events.

She leads a team of talented designers, fostering collaboration with consultants and subject matter experts to deliver engaging, insightful content for clients and prospects. Her leadership blends creative vision with operational excellence, enabling consistent, high-impact storytelling that reinforces the firm’s market presence.

Before joining Segal, Sunday worked as a contractor for the military, holding top-secret clearance while designing budget proposals and communication materials for the anti-submarine warfare division. Her unique background reflects a balance of precision, creativity, and strategic thinking that continues to shape her leadership approach today.

Sunday studied graphic design at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh Online and is a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) through Human Factors International. She has also served as a teacher’s assistant to Adobe Evangelists since 2010, supporting education on Creative Cloud tools and emerging workflows for mobile and tablet design.

Through her career, Sunday has demonstrated a consistent commitment to elevating design as a strategic business driver, shaping brand experiences that are both visually compelling and purposefully aligned with organizational goals.
