Enid Nelson is the Director of Product Accessibility at Riot Games, where she defines and leads the end-to-end accessibility strategy that embeds inclusive practices across product teams. With almost two decades in and around technology, Enid specializes in turning accessibility from a compliance checkpoint into a scalable, cross-functional capability that delivers real player impact. Before Riot, she led accessibility programs at Instructure and BrainPOP. Enid’s work is fueled by a passion for solving complex technical problems and delivering change that improves everyday experiences. She earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an M.S in Learning Technology and Experience Design from New York University. Born and raised in Antigua, Enid is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring new countries and cultures.
