"By uniting our strengths and focusing on standards like XML and JDF, Atlas and Techno Design can continue to actively drive the graphic communications industry with a total market offering.
"Since our entry level production offering is now complete with graphic design publishing technology and basic web-based publishing, we believe our partners in business will embrace the acquisition as a perfect match," continued Mr. Raaphorst. "The open architecture of the combined solutions will serve the majority of our customers’ digital printing needs over the long term while allowing them to benefit from a complete solution."
Frank Dros General Manager of Techno Design stated, "Atlas Software will greatly help us improve our technology to better serve and drive the graphic industry.
