Version Cue users who switched to Creative Suite 4 couldn’t help but notice that Version Cue had fundamentally changed and didn’t work through Bridge.
While Adobe has begun to address these problems with the 4.0.1 update, all is not yet rosy. If Version Cue is crucial to your workflow and you haven’t yet moved on to CS4, I recommend several visits to the company’s Version Cue Help and Support center at https://www.adobe.com/support/versioncue/ before you take the plunge.
Adobe says that Version Cue 4.0.1, which you can download from Adobe’s Web site, includes performance improvements and adds functionality for migrating Creative Suite 3 Version Cue projects to Creative Suite 4.
