AdVisual 2.0 by AdWare Systems, Inc. is a paperless solution for the management of marketing communications information. AdVisual 2.0 is integrated with the IBM DB2 Digital Library™ technology and infrastructure. It provides a custom environment for the digital storage, retrieval, and distribution of full-motion video, radio, print ads, supplier invoices, and multi-page documents.
AdVisual 2.0 can be linked with any of AdWare’s other core applications as well as other host-based systems to provide streamlined access to company data. Data can be categorized with company-defined keywords and an index of drop-down boxes is provided to display the hierarchy’s related to those words. An “Electronic Job Jacket” enables users to organize elements of a project and store them in a centralized place to be shared by others. Finally, AdVisual Capture (Windows 95/NT only) allows the batch scanning of documents and stores them in the order scanned in order to streamline the indexing process.
