Hyperlinks disappearing

      I am having an issue with hyperlinks disappearing upon re-opening of a document. Some are in text, some are applied to a frame. Some are to URLs, some to e-mail addresses. Some are on master pages, some are not. Some are part of my main template file, some are not. About every other or every third time I open the INDD or INDT document, I have to fix the links. The address field is blank when I double click on the link in the hyperlinks flyout.

      What could be causing this? It’s a hassle to fix them each time and also pretty much defeats the purpose of having them in my template.
