Best way to proof jobs from Indesign

      Hello…sorry if this has been covered before as I did a search and found some information but not everything.

      Basically, I’m looking for the best and most effect way to proof out my InDesign files to co-workers. These proof-outs would have questions for them about content. The largest file being a 32-page catalog. In the past I would export a pdf and add stickie notes to the pdf and proof out. Now I use the Notes feature and with combination with InCopy I can export a pdf that includes the Notes right from ID. (I learned that one here of course) However, I just discovered the Publish online feature and really like that feature. So my question is…is there a way to have the “notes” from ID show up in the Published online pdf? Unless I’m missing something, it seems as though the Publish online feature doesn’t really allow any communication back and fourth. I hope this makes sense…

      Is my InDesign with notes to InCopy to PDF the best way? Thanks for any input.

      No, Publish Online isn’t really set up for proofing very well.
