    Hello,

    I’ve been struggling for a while to fix an issue with a community newsletter I’m involved in.

    We have different paragraph styles for main text, opening text, headers, etc.

    On occasions an article ends (body paragraph style font – Times New Roman) I add a new article headline in the same column with a new
    paragraph style (Gill Sans) but it wants to change the previous article body text to the same paragraph style as the header
    (but just the last paragraph of the last article, not the full article). I put a return in between the last article but it still changes.

    Also to say the newsletter page is set with three columns, A4, each article just runs into the next article.

    I hope I’ve explained this in way that it can be resolved.

    That is strange! Is it possible you are putting a Shift-Return after the last paragraph (instead of a proper return)?
