Deleting empty paragraphs in table cell

      Hello designers,
      I need to copy/paste several data from a Word document into an InDesign table.
      Unfortunately, in the cell I get one empty paragraph before and one after the text, like this:

      ^p
      my text
      #

      What I need is just:

      mytext#

      Is there a way to do this automatically with find/replace?

      Try this one in the GREP-tab:

      (?<!.|\v)\r|\r(?!.|\v)
