Hello,
We create InDesign documents running InDesignServer CS6 on Windows Server
This file is then modified by graphist who add photo, fonts…, on their Mac OS with InDesign CS6
During that time, some others users update data in our database, so graphists have to refresh the InDesign document with recent data. To do that, they transfer back the InDesign folder to the server and run the script again.
Durign that run, we have sometimes an InDesignServer crash with SHAREDCONTENT.RPLN
I have this information if this can help
P1 : InDesignServer.exe
P2 : 8.0.0.370
P3 : 4f72d6c2
P4 : SHAREDCONTENT.RPLN
P5 : 8.0.0.370
P6 : 4f72d9af
P7 : c0000005
P8 : 00000000000073b7
P9 :
P10 :
I can’t find the report file. The place given by windows does not exists.
To solve the error now, we open the Indd file and save it.
This is not a satisfying solution in the long term and we would like to find why InDesignServer crashes.
I might have an idea but i don’t know if i am on a good way: it seems that if i have files in Links folder more recent than the
latest modify date in the indd document, the system crashes.
It seems also that if images are modifyed in a certain way (i don’t know how), the system crashes also
Does anyone have an idea?
Best regards,
C.Henrivaux
