View Modes within InCopy

I'm fairly new to InCopy, but I have a some experience with InDesign. Since beginning InCopy, I've become especially interested in editing in Story and Galley view. However, I also know of Layout View. I'm most familiar with Story at this point because I've used it in InDesign before, but I'd like to learn more about the others, as well. Of these three views, which do you prefer? Which one is best for copyediting, especially in lengthy novels?
