Hi, new here and looking for some info.
We’ve been using Book files for some of our larger jobs (200-700 pages), which have been very useful for updating the folios, allowing more than one person to work on a job and doing an auto contents page. But occasionally over the past year or two, the physical book (.indb) file will disappear from our server. Just happen on a job I’ve been working on all day. Not a massive issue, as I can just recreate the book easily. Or get it back from our back-up (just proved I’m not going mad that it’s been backed up and now it’s gone!). Just worrying that these book files keep disappearing. Don’t believe it’s an issue with our server, as no other files are going, just the book files. As mention, it’s been happening randomly for a while now to a few people. Just wonder if anyone else has had them vanishing into thin air!
