My company recently moved to InDesign CC and I’ve encountered many bugs within the software but the most annoying is the High Quality Display not working properly. Our material has multiple EPSs within the file (we are moving away from this file type in 2017). In the previous InDesign version, when I selected High Quality the text was clear and showing properly. Now in CC is not working. I’m not sure if there’s a weird setting. Please help.

If you are using the newest version of CC 2015, you might try choosing View > Preview on CPU
If that helps, then it might be the new GPU feature:

      Hi David,

Thanks for the supply. I don’t have the option to turn on the GPU in InDesign. So I don’t think that is the problem.

I too was having this issue. Based on the response above, I was able to correct it by going to View / Display Performance / High Quality. (CTRL ALT H)

I guess the right click feature doesn’t work, but the shortcut does.

Actually I just noticed this setting – that allows the right click feature to work. Under View / Display Performance – Below the High Quality, there is another setting to Allow Object Level Display Settings.
