      In my current project i need to call out all websites by bolding them…

      i created a grep that is working up to a point…

      \w*?(\.org|\.com|\.net|\.edu|\.us|\.gov|\.biz)

      this will get me website.com
      but will not bold anything after the .com in website.com/page1/page2

      how can i bold from “.com” to the first word space that follows. the slash symbol keeps messing me up

      Try this: \w*?(\.org|\.com|\.net|\.edu|\.us|\.gov|\.biz)[\w/]*
