If I turn on (only) Composition, Custom Tracking/Kerning I get turquoise highlighting everywhere. Not green – and it isn’t the monitor I;ve checked that I can get the green highlighting up by adjusting the tracking.

My styles use optical kerning and I have adjusted the justification settings, but I have only a few paragraphs with custom tracking.

What does the turquoise mean, and can I get rid of it?

      Thank you…………………. liz

It means that the tracking is not set to 0. Make sure all the paragraphs’ tracking is set to 0. Once it’s not 0, it’s considered custom.
