It can’t be saved where you can both reach it, but it can be copied and sent to other users. Once you find the file (a small XML file) on your hard drive, send it to your colleague, and have them put it in the same place on their computer as the one you copied it out of.
But where is that place?
The Word Presets you save on your computer are saved in your User Preferences for InDesign, buried in a folder somewhere on your hard drive. The fastest way to get there is to open the Scripts panel in InDesign, right-click on the “User” folder you’ll find there, and choose Reveal in Finder (or Reveal in Explorer). That jumps you to your OS and selects the folder. Move up a few folder levels until you see the other InDesign User Prefs folders like Find-Change Queries and Glyph Sets. There you’ll find the Word Import Presets folder.

Hope that helps!
