    Maybe a simpler version of a previous post in another section of the forum.
    Is there any way to set up an image frame so that when the image is pulled in, the image goes to 100% and the frame automatically resizes to fit the 100% image.
    I’m pulling images in a Data Merge that are all the same width but have different heights.
    I’m trying to get the frame for each to change depth to fit each image.
    Easy enough to get the images to fit within my frame but not getting the frame to fit the image.

    Hope that makes sense…

    I don’t think there’s any way to do that. Maybe a custom script.

    Thanks David, it might be working in Indesign data merge using content placement options. (only tried with 1 image so far). Doesn’t work when I run inlinemerge though. I’m left with s record on each page. Any way of recombining these single text frames back into 1 story? Tried merge text boxes script but it doesn’t seem to do it.

    Oh, dang, you’re right! It is hiding inside content options. My mistake. Thanks. Not sure how you’d put all that together. Perhaps Loic knows a way to make the script do it.
