Installing CS6 64bit on 32bit ?

      I’m looking at moving from my intalled 32-bit to the 64-bit installation. At the time when I bought CS6 I did not pay much attention as to 32 or 64 bit, but now with large files I’ve read there are some performance issues with the 32-bit version. And it is indeed slow at times. So, is it a matter of just clicking install or are there precautions to be taken? Or does it require a complete uninstall of the 32-bit version?
