Shortcuts no longer working following windows 10 upgrade

      Hello,
      Since updating to Windows 10 from Windows 7 I I have had the following problems with Indesign CS 5:

      -The tool bars don’t appear on start up (this is more annoying than a major problem)
      -The shortcuts are no longer functioning. These I rely on completely.

      I have tried holding down shift/ctrl/alt on start up and deleting preferences, but this has not solved the above.

      Any ideas? If I can’t find a solution I will go back to Windows 7, but maybe I am missing a simple fix.
