      Hi
      Can anyone help me??

I want to outline some header text in dots, I have done it once before but can’t for the life of me remember how, other than I typed the word in a bold font then clicked on ‘something’ and then the option to apply line styles became available. Once I had done this I couldn’t edit the actual text so had to make sure the size etc was as I wanted it before applying. The text then basically became an image.

      Has anyone any ideas?

      Thanks

To apply a Style-Stroke to a text, you have to convert it to outline. You can only apply Line-Stroke to live text. To edit the text in future, you can keep a copy of the text (before converting it to outline) on a separate layer (which can be made hidden).
