rubens, post your screenshots/.idml file, but here are some common issues:

1. Is there any artwork on your Master Page?
2. Text Wrap on on Text Frames, even on Hidden Layers (this can be turned off)
3. Are you using Effects, such as a drop shadow?
4. Try exporting using PDF x/1-a Standard
