Resizing / scaling a document

      Hi

      I have a 336 page A4 catalogue that needs re-sizing to 240x165mm.

      I have tried the document set up and changing this to the new size and then going into the Liquid Layer option and scale option but this isn’t working. (I must be doing something wrong?!)

      Can anyone help?
