OK, nobody actually answered the question and I need the answer… The question again:

Can I disable “Allow Document Pages/Spreads to Shuffle” setting?

I do not want shuffle on. I want a two page spread (facing pages off) and to be able to drag my pages from a single page to a two page (or more) “at will” without them shuffling locations.

I realize I can manually do it (which I have for the initial 2 pages), but every time I click “new page” both shuffles are on by default. I want them BOTH OFF when I click new page without having to right click it twice to uncheck them.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
