The GREP metacharacter in InDesign for anchors is ~a so try this:

Find: (~a)(~a)
Replace: $1 $2

Note that this will find all instances of two anchors side by side and does not specify only two, so if you have 2+ anchors without spaces it will find all that have a partner and had a space between them.
